The centre of Srinagar can be reached within a 20-minute walk, and natural attractions like the seven-terraced Pari Mahal Garden are around 6 km away. The area includes such religious sights as Pather Mosque (2.4 km) and the hindu temple "Shankaracharya Hill" (2.2 km).

There is Jamia Masjid Srinagar Nowhatta nearly a 25-minute walk away.

For those travelling from afar, Sheikh Ul Alam International airport is 17 minutes' drive away.
